Any PHP balance in a suspended account will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable procedures.
All deposits and withdrawals on 10jil are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Available funding channels include local Philippine bank transfer and e-wallets accessible to Philippine account holders. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods.
Deposits. Funds deposited to your 10jil account are credited upon successful processing. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are subject to change. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same PHP payment method used for your deposit where possible. Before your first withdrawal, identity verification (KYC) is required. Processing times vary by payment channel and account tier. VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing as part of their tier benefits.
Unclaimed balances. 10jil reserves the right to apply a maintenance fee to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, after providing reasonable prior notice to the account holder's registered contact details.
All games available in the 10jil Game Lobby — including slot games, live casino tables, fish games, and bingo — are governed by individual game rules in addition to these Terms.
All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The results of any game are final once a round has concluded. 10jil will not void or reverse the outcome of a completed game round except in cases of a verified technical malfunction that affected the game result.
Technical errors. In the event of a platform or game malfunction, 10jil reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wager amount to the player's account. Wins paid as a result of a technical error are not binding and may be reclaimed by 10jil.

Where specific bonus terms are not stated here, the general principle is that promotional balances must be used in accordance with the conditions of the relevant offer before any withdrawal can be requested from that promotional credit.
10jil reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotional offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in forfeiture of promotional funds and may result in account closure.

10jil is not liable for any losses arising from: internet connectivity issues outside of its infrastructure; a player's failure to secure their account; events beyond 10jil's reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party payment processing failures.
